During this two hour class we will stretch and lengthen the myofascial lines of the body increasing flexibility, through the practice of traditional yoga asanas (postures). Release built up tension from the tissue using special designed myofascial yoga balls and self massage techniques. Sink into conscious relaxation allowing both body and mind to rest.
No previous yoga experience required.
